LUNAKTÌV is consciously choosing materials that are made through more sustainable processes which lower our environmental impact. Every piece from Lunaktìv is made from sustainable materials and has been trough the hands of local artisans specialized in their fields.  

As SLOW FASHION supporters all our garments are made in local ateliers made in ethical circumstances with care and detail orientation. We are working with studios that have low or no minimum order quantities, meaning we are doing our part to reduce unused clothing and wasted fabrics.

Our swimwear is made only from RECYCLED MATERIALS meaning we use fabrics that are made from yarns which are produced from recycled fishing nets and waste of plastic bottles pulled from the Mediterranean Sea.

 All our swimwear and yoga wear are made of:

- ROICA™ Premium Stretch Yarn by Asahi KASEI offering sustainable and smart performances. It is the world first GRS recycled stretch fiber. 

- NEWLIFE™ Sinterma is the result of unique certified system, whereby post consumer PET bottles are transformed into a polyester yarn through a mechanical process that makes no use of chemicals. 

- CARVICO Vita transforms issues arising from waste into solutions for fashion. Vita is versatile, hyper-resistant, sleek, elegant, stretchy, soft, and breathable. It’s a unique blend of muscle compression and comfort.
